Denim Tree
Tried my hand at quilling, well sort of, like my friend Tracey of Quilly Nilly. Difference... I used denim from an old pair of jeans. Turned out pretty cool.

Have a "DOXIE" Christmas
This is my most recent custom order through my Etsy site. The woman ordering absolutely adores the dachshunds she adopted from a local animal rescue organization. She wanted a special photo box with pictures of her "babies" that she could set out and admire each year at Christmas time.
I mailed the box to her today. I bet she'll LOVE it!

Photo Box - Winter Chickadee
This is one of my favorite holiday/winter photo boxes I've made. Something about the colors and that cute little chickadee.
All of my photo boxes hold at least 20 photos and come with instructions and templates for adding your personal photos.

Hard at Play
Here's one of the recent photo boxes I made for a customer. It was neat to do one with pictures in it. I usually sell them empty and let the customer add their own photos.

Zoo Babies Photo Box
This is one of my latest Etsy items. I found these brads while on vacation a while back and never knew what to do with them. (you know...they were so cute I just HAD to buy them!) Then one day recently I came across this darling zoo-themed paper at my local scrapbook store. It was the perfect match!!!

Santa Candy Dish
Made this cute candy dish from paper bags! The bags actually had the image of Santa on their sides. I cut them out, glued them to cardstock, added the hats, and viola...a Santa candy dish. Only requirement is that you have to use wrapped candy, and, oh yes, you can't put the dish in the dishwasher! :)

Crafts Fair Season
It's that time of the year again...the time for selling my items at local crafts fairs. I love this time of the year. The days are getting colder, thoughts of the holidays start to surface, and ladies at come in wearing Thanksgiving and Christmas sweatshirts. You know that the holidays are almost here!
This year I've got booths at five different crafts shows -- The most I've ever had. The first three have been very slow, which is a little discouraging. Several of us crafters have discussed the possible reasons for this, and all include the basic idea that with the economy down people just do not have the extra disposable income to spend. No matter what the reason, I'm hoping sales will pick up as the holidays draw nearer.
Here are a couple of pictures of my booth at the most recent show I attended.

Majestic Montana!
My husband and I just returned from a much-needed vacation to visit his sister's family in Whitefish. We had a blast. The mountains, especially Glacier Nat'l Park, were phenomenal. There's just no picture that can show the magnitude of its grandeur. It's something you have to see in person to understand. Needless to say, I'm going to create one heck of a scrapbook with more than 800 photos we took while there.
